We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that has legal consequences, and we never sell it to third parties.
Your data is processed within the European Economic Area. Your IP address is only sent to Google when fonts are loaded via Google Fonts (see our cookie policy).
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, have its processing restricted, have your data transferred, and object to processing based on our legitimate interests. To do so, please send an email to info@okaydating.be; we may ask you to prove your identity and will respond within one month. You can also update much of your data yourself via your account.
If you are not satisfied with the way we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.
okaydating.be is intended solely for people aged 18 and over. We deliberately do not process any data relating to minors; should we discover that this is the case, we will delete the account.
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, such as an encrypted connection (https), encrypted passwords and restricted access for administrators. No system is completely secure; should we detect a data breach that poses a risk to you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Authority as required by law.
